The Atlantic Immigration Pilot (AIP) is a Canadian immigration program designed to address labor market needs in the Atlantic provinces of Canada. The AIP facilitates the entry of skilled workers, intermediate-skilled workers, and international graduates to fill job vacancies in the participating provinces.

PARTICIPATING PROVINCES

The AIP operates in the four Atlantic provinces:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The AIP includes three main categories:

ATLANTIC HIGH-SKILLED PROGRAM

ATLANTIC INTERMEDIATE-SKILLED PROGRAM

ATLANTIC INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE PROGRAM

ATLANTIC HIGH-SKILLED PROGRAM

☐ Targets highly skilled individuals with a job offer in an occupation classified as NOC 0, A, or B.

ATLANTIC INTERMEDIATE-SKILLED PROGRAM

ATLANTIC INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE PROGRAM

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

PROOF OF FUNDS

PROCESSING TIME

PERMANENT RESIDENCE APPLICATION

EMPLOYER DESIGNATION
